We have our own Looms. During manufacturing of our Carpets and Rugs, from Designing Area to the last finishing of our Carpet Fringes, we ourselves remain engaged in every single step of our Carpets Production. Starts from the Designing, where we remain involved with our highly experienced Designers in making of Design maps, to obtain best possible patterns of designs, according to the size of Carpet, with fabulous color combination and themes. We use to make changes in color schemes, according to the new fashion internationally.

During procuring the Wool (for both Machine and Hand Spun) we use to select the finest quality 100% Wool material only, which then send to the selective Spinning Mills to get our desired accurate & even count Wool Yarn, in order to get an equal Lines Quality results, from the first Knot to the Last. Also for Hand Spun Wool we have selected Labors setup, to spun with appropriate count according to our Carpets quality.

Wool Dyeing Department, with our expert & professional Dyers Team, we keep on working hard to generate best color shades, and adds new color shades periodically, according to our Buyer requirements, and the latest fashion internationally, in order to remain entered in the International Market.

The most important step is the production of Carpets at Looms. At our Looms we have very experienced QC Team, for the control of Design, Color, Size and Quality of the Carpets. They remain engaged with the weavers at every Loom, for the control on Design, Size & Lines by the Weavers.

Stretching, Finishing and Packing of the Carpets are done under one roof, by our highly qualified Finishing Team. We also ourselves double check the Carpets finishing during the finishing process. Before sending to the Packing Area, every single Carpet from Smallest size to the Biggest, first thoroughly checked by us, and after the complete satisfaction with stretching, pile and fringes sent for the Packing.
